Tymoteusz Masiakowski

My name is Tymoteusz Masiakowski. I was born in 1988, a year before the Berlin Wall finally came down creating a major breakdown of communist reign in Eastern Europe. In 1988 my family emigrated from Poland to USA seeking a better life in Houston, in Texas. We lived there from 1989 to 1994 making a bit better living than we would have in post-Soviet Poland. After four years we eventually came back to Poland, to hometown of Poznań. There, I attended theatrical school called Łejery and later on I enrolled into International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme. In year 2007 I travelled abroad to Scotland where I was accepted into the Grays School of Art for Photographic and Electronic Media department, which is where I am studying now.
