This Twine is one of about five meant to help document the 2009 Flu Pandemic event as a Biosurveillance case study. The "Biosurveillance 3" Twine specifically focuses upon the spread of the disease as well as mortality and other demographic patterns.
The goal with this "Twine Series" is to help demonstrate new methods to document such events with unstructured data / knowledge that may eventually support structured (or hybrid) data analysis.
