This Twine is one of about five meant to help document the 2009 Flu Pandemic event as a Biosurveillance case study. The "Biosurveillance 2" Twine specifically focuses upon the policy decisions, preparations and response made by regional, national and international public health agencies.

The goal with this "Twine Series" is to help demonstrate new methods to document such events with unstructured data / knowledge that may eventually support structured (or hybrid) data analysis.
