Knowledge management 2.0
Public
-Interno:
-Compartir, construir conocimiento.
-Extern:
-Medios sociales: blogs corporativos, Comunidades de clientes.
2.0 approach:
Web 2.0 is about ‘going social’ (building online communities or using social media).
Communities´ll find its point when they are planned to be sustainable 2.0 strategies.
At an advanced stage, the CoP will be a marketing, branding tool, aimed to lead knowledge on the matter of the corporation´s product.
In a wikinomics (new economy) sense, CoP must be understood, not only as a way to socialize (or to adopt a 2.0 perspective) inbound, but also to be a public knoweledge reference.
Public blogs, wikis, social profiles, could be good tools to achieve this goal.
2.0 perspective must be understood in both senses:
-Internal:
-Sharing and constructing Knowledge.
-External:
-Social media: external blog, wiki as marketing-knowledge platforms.

Web 2.0 Storytelling: Emergence of a New Genre (EDUCAUSE Review) | EDUCAUSENo problem. Interesting article, but wasn't sure whether Web 2.- stories were indeed a new/different genre. I can accept that Wen 2.0 helps in connecting story threads, i.e. a story doesn't have to be linear, but a different genre? I don't know the answer!stephendale added 3 months ago
