Virtual Organization: The Future of Work
Public
This twine will deal with the issues related to virtual organizations and "the future of work".
There are two school of thoughts on this issue. One is the futuristic one where Internet will allow people to work together in teams that are separated and located in different time zones asynchronously using computer mediated communication/collaboration tools. Another one that is supported by Richard Florida and seems more in line with the existing reality is that we will see growth in mega cities.
