The Internet has opened incredible opportunities of direct interaction. One effect is the empowerment of the so called normal people that have began to reject intermediation and not puttig up with being told what to do or what to think. Society is changing and in this new framework traditional marketing is not effective any more or al least it is a lot less effective. With this twine I am trying to explore new models about how can companies become a part of their customers' tribe, offer true support and "walk" with them
