Experimental RSS::Email Aggregator

This is an experimental twine to build a mechanism to push RSS feeds to a twine. It is sponsored by Solar Soyuz Zaibatsu as one of our development efforts. It is open to all, but please let us know you exist so we don't do something too silly.
The basic architecture will be to take a off-Twine RSS aggregator and use it to reflect feeds to a target twine via its email address.
DO NOT SEND FEEDS TO THIS TWINE!!!!
