We are concerned with pens of all types including vintage and modern fountain pens, ballpoint, rollerball, felt, etc. Also included is technical drawing instruments like mechanical pencils, lead holders, and technical pens. Drawing instruments and tools, as well as accessories like clipboards, bookmarks, journals, etc. are allowable as well. Please feel free to add items relating to the processes and applications of writing and drawing in all its forms as well.

I've seen some go for closer to $100k but they're gold encrusted, hand made, etc. I'm more interested in an 'instrument' than an art piece. Most of the pens I use are in the $15-50 range. On the Cross site, I thought that $1K was pretty steep. While I appreciate pens that go for $14k a piece I'm afraid it'll be a cold day in you know where before I spend that much :) I generaly won't spend more than $100 on a fountain pen and no more than $25 for any other kind.
