Salsa VerdeJalapeño chillies are a must, otherwise it's just the base sauce used in so much Mexican cooking, this is the cooked version, you don't even have to put the tomatillos in the oven really, not if they are green, maybe if they are ripening and yellow, and getting rid of the seeds is a bit silly ...meika added 18 months ago
