If you are a fellow fan of distributed cognition, collective intelligence or collaborative intelligence, under any other name, you may have already asked yourself, for what end? Envisioning the global brain as criss-crossed by pathways between recorded individual and collective patterns of cognition, is a good first step. The second is to amplify the collective intelligence of people, groups, and organizations, by helping them visualizing and rapidly re-adjusting their mental maps.
