Influence
Public
When a person has demonstrated a better quality of understanding or efficacy than another, they develop influence. This is tied up with Identity, Trust, and Attention. People will start to follow this person, watch what they think is important, and assign importance commutatively. In fact following, and commutated trust % are key metrics. Influence is contrasted with Reputation, in that Influence is the ability to change behavior in others, whereas Reputation is a more static 'rating' of this person. Reputation is important in placing a value on a person's attention and other value added time limited dimensions. Influence is time independent in its application (though it may be increased over time through other actions).
