      OMG, another craze. I currently have 13 rescued "mini-pigs" from the last craze that swept the US in the 1990s, breeders fill prospective buyers with mis-information about these animals. They actually get quite large if properly fed and not mal-nourished as some breeders will gleefully spreas suck myths as they only eat brocolli , at least 150 lbs!

      I'm with David - OMG! Just what the world needs is a bunch of abandoned pigs in shelters all over. They ARE adorable. They require a commitment of 18 plus years too.

      Can anyone say SWINE FLU?? I wouldn't object to such a pet in normal circumstance, but a deadly epidemic is a worthy counter-point against these lil guys.

      Apply that breeding (or pedigree requirement) for all our elected officials - might reduce some of the unrelated pork problem we keep finding in our legislation - and that keep hogging our income by having to be fed our taxes and then turning them into "fecal matter" for us......
