- Another EU data protection commissioner has determined Google is not sufficiently protecting their citizens’ privacy. Google introduced their Street View system last week in Switzerland and, according to the Swiss Data Protection Commissioner Hanspeter Thür, the pictures do not sufficiently anonymize individuals.
