3 Quick Tips on Peaches

Fresh peaches don’t last long at our house. As soon as late July arrives, we eat them as quickly as we can. Here are a few quick peach tips:

1. The first tip is one Denise shared with me to peel peaches quickly: Place the fresh peaches into a pot of boiling water for a couple of minutes, and then plunge them into cold water. The peels just slip right off!
