Google Chrome should be swept away by Google Wave

Gareth Van Zyl argues "Wave, in my opinion, is a more innovative product as compared to the Chrome OS. Android is already being taken up by netbooks and now the Chrome OS will be as well. Obviously, they’re two different systems, but this venture from Google into the OS sphere is nothing new. I’ll rather be eagerly awaiting for Wave to be released."

      I'm not familiar with this site, or author, but I believe the point. I think Google Wave is potentially much more disruptive than Chrome.

        Agreed. Chrome OS (and Chrome) is predominantly a mechanism to drive adoption of web standards such as HTML5, thereby enabling rich web tools like Wave to flourish.
