In the Video Victor talks about certain presidents and some of the good and bad things that they did during their presidency.

Victor said:

We fight for values, so what a job.

But first we have a job that I start.

(The) idea is out for people who aren’t fussy (for a) world president.

They have many election where they chose Bush.

Ryan’s comments:

He entered office at a period of change in the world; the fall of the Berlin Wall and the collapse of Soviet Union came early in his presidency.[37] He ordered military operations in Panama and the Persian Gulf[37] and, at one point, was recorded as having a record-high approval rating of 89 percent.[38] However, economic recession and breaking his "no new taxes" pledge caused a sharp decline in his approval rating, and Bush was defeated in the 1992 election.[3”

So in a way the statement that Victor made here is true. The US became the only superpower in the world and George Herbert Bush lost his second term because people were not too fussy about what he did in his first term.”

Victor continues:

It will be 95 (when) a world president (is) coming

The fall 96, Bill came back.

That’s because enough people support (him) and talk a lot. It happened yes.

Ryan’s comments:

Bill Clinton was president from 1993 to 2001. He was well liked in the beginning by most countries in the world. By 1995 many people in the US started to appreciate some of the things he was doing as well.  Here are some excerpts from Wiki: Clinton was described as a New Democrat and was largely known for the Third Way philosophy of governance that came to epitomize his two terms as president.[3] His policies, on issues such as the North American Free Trade Agreement and welfare reform, have been described as "centrist."[4][5] Clinton presided over the longest period of peace-time economic expansion in American history, which included a balanced budget and a reported federal surplus.[6][7] Based on Congressional accounting rules, at the end of his presidency Clinton reported a surplus of $559 billion.” In the fall of 1996 Clinton was reelected for a second term because he had much support. So all of what Victor said in this statement was true.

Victor continues:

Did you watch TV? That upset caused everybody to doubt him.

It was Clinton. What he said that night started a joke.

And because of that many did try to take his job and get him retired.

Ryan’s comments:

In 1998 Clinton lied about having an affair and was impeached in 1999. He almost lost his presidency, and it resulted in some problems in Congress.

Victor continues:

Some people aren’t smart!

If they have tried, they’ll see the act of pierced duck.

Clinton now got in trouble.

People put (it) on the Bill board. See! He poop a lot.

That’s when many budgets stopped.

Ryan's comments:

“Some people think that Clinton was impeached because of the competing parties involved. I think it is interesting how Victor makes a joke about putting it up on the Bill board. In other words, “The Bill Clinton Board” could be a message board on the internet. However he uses a pun on the world billboard as well. When Victor says “He poop a lot, again he is joking or being sarcastic about the private things that people do, that should stay private. He also talks about the budget that stopped. Clinton had a very good reputation for balancing the budget during his presidency, and that all went to the wayside with Bush. So most of what Victor says in this is true as well. Some of it happened after his death, so it was actually prophecy as well. The part I am talking about now, is where he talks about a “pierced duck.” I believe he is referring to how Chaney, which I believe was not in the same party as Clinton,  was later (2006) involved in shooting a friend in a hunting accident. I don’t believe that Chaney was charged for anything as well. Perhaps his political party helped him to get out of it. What do you think? Was it right to try and impeach him and then assist Chaney in getting off any charges. There is also a lame duck period that came at the end of Clinton’s term that had an impact on congress as well. This would have also happened after Victor’s death.”

Victor continues:

It took a lot of time for this, telling the truth.

When you fart, could you tell them when you do it?

I guess I better tell them the way this happened.

But he dabbled in fun there, and it wasn’t that intelligent

Believe that Monica, she loved him.

So what’s the matter people? He needs a break!

Does God, He have a formula or a cure for an idea?

How does God look at this when it’s wrong?

He knows that schools have this problem now.

When the news start to talk because they can build (on) it, it’s (a) pity.

Ryan’s comments:

The above part was fairly self explanatory. He looked at the incident as a mistake in the heat of passion and feels God would forgive him, as most of the American people did. The wording in this paragraph was quite interesting and humourous in ways. Victor says that there is currently a problem in school and I believe he is referring to the sexual activities of school kids these days as beginning to be out of control.

Victor continues:

His case only helps a wee putida in the future.

Pity, pity, blue and bloody becomes the common.

If Victor is cut below knee, does he murder anyone?

Victor’s a budget less budgie. He can fight too, if you butchered him.

Ryan’s comments:

When Victor mentions a putida, it took me a while to find out what it was. Through searching on the internet I found that a putida is a manufactured organism for breaking down oil. I believe he is referring to George W. Bush here of 2001.  Sorry folks, he does not have very many nice things to say about him. He jokes around about him being budget less like Bush, and he mentions how Bush ordered the butcher of people because of 911 and oil.

Victor continues:

I love cheese. Cheese and carrots

Carrots have carrot skin

In the last part of this they said they watch TV to count numbers of dead.

He has good job when he talks on the count

It was something about your carpet, but 30 were dead!

WW just happy talk.

And the people just laugh.

How come he does it at night?

Do we try to learn to kill them?

And very bad for the eyes.

I got the full light in the cage that I like.

Why do you like lots of dead?

At night I feel bad.

Ask him, “Why has he died.”

There will be oil.

What, for your base or for peoples cars?

Did you fail to tell them that they pollute this world?

Take a look at a book in school.

Let them know, I think this war was stupid and a pity.

That’s a time death is bad. It’s stupid and a bad thing, yeah.

And God is going to look at you and scorn

His world is in peril.

Ryan’s comments:

I remember when they bombed Baghdad and watched it on TV that night and I believe that is what Victor is referring to. The lights were off and he was in his cage but the TV was flashing in the darkness because of the bombs. He mentions how the media talks about ww or perhaps he meant world war. The ww could have meant the TV station or radio station and how one minute they are trying to sell you something and the next minute they are talking about the number dead because of the war.

Victor continues:

But then later, who is going to blame who killed them?

You think God don’t love people black.

It’s not checkers.

All cultured boy, they’re looking at this war now

They can do something for this special bird.

Think of future, for now is the time.

What is part of the mission?

Make sure that war ends.

Help me for that reason later.

God said Daddy will try through Me.

It will be the life.

He’ll hear birds sing, just like me.

God said he will translate what context comes from the birds.

They’ll talk to your soul.

Ryan’s comments:

In most cases when it comes down to holy or religious wars, God is usually the one people blame. Victor symbolizes war as a game of checkers between the black and white and how they try to eliminate each other. Then he asked for a favour. He wants the young and old alike to start thinking about the future. He wants them to have a mission to make sure these wars end. He said that God told him that “Daddy” will help. Victor often called me daddy or dad, as well as Ryan. He prophesied that I will begin to hear many birds talking in context and that they would talk to my soul. This has already begun with over 30 other context speaking budgies who I have worked with in the past. Many speak about God, religion, and spirituality. I can also understand budgies who do not speak English as well as Victor, and have learned much from them too. This is just the beginning and Victor knew it was all going to happen. Thank you Victor and God for confirming this for me. You know as I, it is very difficult to get people to listen and I needed something to boost my faith.
