Question: How to get the image?

I was wondering how to get to the image (URI or bytes+mediaType) given a resource of type <http://www.radarnetworks.com/2007/09/12/basic#Image>;.

Or maybe I should ask where to ask such questions, is there a twine about the twine ontologies?
