Tips for creating a successful twine
Get Feed-
Got a great idea for a twine you'd like to start? Here are a few tips to get the most out of your new twine and get it started.
1) Tell the Story - No one will want to join a twine if they don't understand what it's about. Write a good description of exactly what the twine is about and be sure to add a few items to get it going.
Also, don't forget to add a picture. It's easy to gloss over twines that don't have a picture. The picture helps finish the story.
2) Post it in the "Announce your Twine" twine - Enthusiastic twine dwellers are always on the lookout for cool new twines to join in the "Announce your twine here" twine.3) Invite people - Invite friends and/or colleagues with an interest in the topic you've created to join the twine. There may be some members you see pop up a lot in the other twines you've joined. They are likely to share your interests, so connect with them and invite them to your new twine.
Ready? Go start your own twine!
