More Options for "Join Twine" popup

Get Feed

Add options like "show in bookmarklet" and "show in interest feed" to "Join Twine" popup window, in addition to the current "Add to daily digest" option.

The rationale is the same as that for having the daily digest option there, and it saves having to manually navigate to the settings page in order to change the settings.
