Centro Arte Alameda, Santiago

Description

This art centre in the city may help entertain you on those freezing winter nights in Santiago. It includes a small cinema where you can see unusual and interesting movies (for example I saw Sigur Ros' "Heima" a few nights ago) for the fairly cheap price of about CLP$2500.

They also hold discussions and debates on various topics, concerts and other bits and pieces.

It has a small café as well, which serves a few items which are actually vegetarian - for some reason "vegetarian" in some places seems to still include white meats ;-).
