  I like that article. Once upon a time I was an advertising research guy. We used to do little ethnographies of people, go and visit them in their homes and interview them about their use of a product/service or their relationship with a company. We always, always, always made sure to take a picture of their refrigerator door. I guess the picture attached to the article is of a wall, but a frig door was my first thought when it popped up.
