SKOS Simple Knowledge Organization System Primer

Description

It's complicated out there. Here is SKOS, designed to relate the world of formal ontologies to lightly-structured worlds like social tagging. Expressed formally in RDF/XML, but actually "compiled" by "Turtle" from a more compact language into RDF/XML. I guess we're finally admitting that XML is not "human readable", but is actually a machine language.
