Hello,
As you may know, we take your feedback very seriously. We created this twine to hear your thoughts on how to improve our service. All of your feedback has been read by a member of the Twine team, categorized, and then passed on to our product team. We also submit any bugs that land here to engineering and help requests to customer service.
Since our goal is to get feedback from everyone, we are turning off the commenting feature for this twine. There have been many robust conversations in this twine, but many of them have not been constructive. Our goal is ensure that everyone feels comfortable expressing his or her thoughts in this forum. We can handle your praise and your criticism.
Please keep the feedback coming!! I hope that you have noticed that many of the ideas are being added Twine. You will see even more improvements of over the new few months.
