Why cant I delet an image twine-item from my items?

Hi, I saved a picture I first thought was funny

but after a while decided was inappropriate

(this is the picture;: http://www.twine.com/item/11s4lfln4-rh/b-glyft) (obs - not jobsafe, obs!)

- but when i try to delete this, it couldnt be deleted!

I choose to delete item and remove it from twine

But when i return to my items it is still there!
