      The new technologies are expanding the capabilities of the information/knowledge sharing.
      However, their use inside a corporate should be carefully analysed and staff must be aware of the consequences ( like we did inthe past with emails). Before replacing emails by tweets, Corporates should deeply analyse their exchange processes with the outside world since changing technologies will not resolve baisc information exchange issue like " how to formulate clealry a sentence ?" or " how to clearly define a subject in an email" :). So like always the secret is -> Training, Training and Training.

      This article's thinking (including statement above) reflects an old way of doing business. It's a dinosaur nearing its last breath. I am amazed by its intense desire to keep control and its continued unconscious attempts to inhibit new forms of creativity to emerge. Business process must follow creativity, not lead it as we head into a new way of making our world.
