What is aware of these appearances

When I’m asleep and dreaming, my dreams are full of what I would say when awake, falseness. Everything without exception that is coming and going, appearing and disappearing, arising and passing away in this dream is false, unreal. In this dream, I am living under false pretenses and beliefs, in a case of mistaken identity. Is there really any separate independent I me entity, individual, person, character in the dream? When I wake up, I see my dreams as false and unreal, and wonder how I could have believed they were true and real while they were happening.

Is it imaginary stories about the assumed separate independent I me entity, individual, person, character that I believe myself to be? Are all believers delusional? Are all beliefs untrue, false and unreal? Does belief mean not wanting to know what’s true and real?

What is aware of these appearances? Is my story, which is assumed to be true and real, which is based on separation, on a separate independent I me entity, individual, person, character with the power to create, change, choose, control, achieve, attain, get, gain, grasp, want, need, require, desire, own, do, be or become something, anything, no more than just another thought, just imagination, just another imaginary story that’s coming and going, appearing and disappearing, arising and passing away in this already and always present spacious awareness?

Regardless of what’s coming and going, appearing and disappearing, arising and passing away, do I remain as I am? From my point of view is there just this emptiness, this no-thing-ness, this spacious awareness within which appearances are arising and passing away? Does everything, including the thought story of the separate independent I me entity, individual, person, character only exist as a ...
