So... I've been manually copy/pasting emails to new 'note' items - every time I do this however, I get an error:

"Ummm. Looks like Twine has to tie up a few loose ends."

Talk about adding insult to injury... I'm not doing anything exotic here.

The note does get added, but that's one more screen I have to crawl through to post an item.

Yup. The same happened to me over the weekend when I was creating twines. I wound up creating 20 of the same twine before I noticed...

I quickly got into the habit of doing a 'refresh' (go to the page again, not just browser refresh) after one of those errors, so see if the the failure / problem was before or after the 'save'. In almost all cases, it was after the save. Just did not redisplay the page or the 'success' message. If I get a problem before the save is done, normally that means the browser appears 'locked', instead of getting the 'loose ends' message.

I seem to have some problems with posting by email. The email does arrive (and I'm sending from a registered e-mailadress - tried using Thunderbird / Hotmail / Gmail, all from Ubuntu OS by the way). But the data doesn't seem to be recognized / mined once it is imported to the Twine.

See:
HTML mail: http://www.twine.com/item/11prb1wxf-4z/medialab-enschede
Txt mail: http://www.twine.com/item/11py7kfyg-2v/walled-garden

Twine does not:
- Recognize links in the mail
- Recognize that it is a bookmark when there is only a URL in the mail

After I've clicked edit on the Note i've emailed in Twine itself, it suddenly does recognize the links and that it is a bookmark that I've sent.

Am I missing something here?
