I really enjoyed this article, especially because of the many suggestions Michael Pollen makes about White House policies that could have a drastic, positive effect on both our relationship to food and how we produce, transport and share it. If we could just turn off the TV more often and invest ourselves in new 'victory gardens,' as Pollen suggests, think of the food security that could be reached in our communities.
