Here are some command-lines that might help some in compiling / installing Apache server 2.2.9 and PHP 5.2.6 on MacOSX (that has already gcc)

./configure --prefix=/usr/local/apache --enable-headers --enable-http --enable-mods-shared=all --enable-rewrite --enable-vhost-alias --enable-mime-magic --enable-ssl

./configure --prefix=/usr/local/php --mandir=/usr/share/man --infodir=/usr/share/info --with-apxs2=/usr/sbin/apxs --with-ldap=/usr --with-kerberos=/usr --enable-cli --with-zlib-dir=/usr --enable-exif --enable-ftp --enable-mbstring --enable-mbregex --enable-sockets --with-iodbc=/usr --with-curl=/usr  --with-config-file-path=/etc --sysconfdir=/private/etc --with-mysql-sock=/var/mysql/mysql.sock --with-mysql=/usr/local/mysql --with-openssl --with-xmlrpc --with-xsl=/usr --without-pear --with-gd --with-png-dir=/opt/libpng --with-jpeg-dir=/usr/local/include/ --with-freetype-dir=/usr/X11R6 --with-xpm-dir=/usr/X11R6
