Twitter or Plurk?

I've set up an account for Twitter and one for Plurk. Haven't started to use them that much yet. I'm wondering which one to choose? Twitter seems to be down pretty much, but at the same time has alot more members.

So can you give me some tips,

Which one should I choose?

The prose and cons of each one?

      You could use both. If you use e.g. ping.fm, perhaps from within IM, you can post to both at the same time, or, using custom triggers, to one or the other. Use Digsby for IM, and at the same time you can keep an eye on Twitter and Facebook, or e-mail.

      I like receiving Twitter direct messages on my cell phone (if that feature is working, that is), and I like how a conversation is kept together on Plurk.

      I've just started to use Plurk, and already had a problem. I couldn't upload my picture... So Plurk doesn't seem to be better then Twitter in this subject.
      I like Twitter a lot, and it's also more popular than Plurk (so far). But honestly, I guess Plurk is getting as popular as Twitter.
      This is my opinion, but I don't think you have to choose one of them. I'm using both (:

      I have been using Plurk myself. But I never really got into twitter, so I am not a good example. They do the same thing, so pros and cons are not easy to workout.
