      I don't know about purchasing this book, but thought the write up was relevant to this group and one of my earlier comments. You can't ignore the social aspect of a job, it's the most important aspect of a person success or failure to perform, be part of an organization, or take the responsiblity that management would like. All of these are influenced by the group - or tribe.
